Qualification:

* Having knowledge on Organization Dev, Job Analysis, Job valuation, Designing Salary Structure & Perfomance Appraisal.
* Having knowledge on Training Needs Analysis, designing Training Program and Training Evaluation

Education : S1, Business Adm / HR or equivalent

Experience :

* Having experiences min 5 (Five) years as HRD Manager at multinational companies or National group of companies and daily operation on the following aspects such as : Recruitment & Selection, Training & Dev, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll &PPh-21), Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations, General Affairs;
* Computer literacy is required (MS words, Excell and Powerpoint);
* Able to work independently as well as strong Leadership and willing to work under pressure

JOB TITLE

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) OIL AND GAS SECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will lead the regional corporate division as the Chief Financial Officer. You will be responsible for all aspects of financial and statutory reporting, handling the financial planning, budgets and targets. You will be in-charge on implementing financial control and management effectively. Your strategic direction and initiative will achieve company goals and objectives

You will report to the President and the CEO and will work closely with the Senior Management Team

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the companys financial vision and strategies
* Drive the corporate divisions performance to achieve the business objectives and goals
* Ensure the business operations and plans affiliates with the financial objectives of the organization
* Implement investment and financing strategies
* Ensure capital management and funding activities are implemented
* Building and managing a team
* Liaise with the Business/Operation Heads, Board Members, Auditors, External Regulators and other finance-related matters

ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our Client is a multi-national company, serving the Oil and Gas, Transportation, Steel and Plastics.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- A recognized Degree in Finance/Accountancy, MBA is an added advantage

- MUST have a Professional Certification (CPA) or equivalent

- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Oil and Gas Industry

- Able to work closely with the Senior Management Team

- Possess sound knowledge of risk assessment, feasibility studies and internal controls

- Possess a strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willing to travel in wider Asia

- Excellent understanding of the business in the following disciplines:

* Financial and Statutory Reporting
* Management Reporting
* Directing the financial vision, targets and budgets
* Developing and Implementing Financial Control and Budget

This position is responsible to manage Billing team in order to ensure clean invoices production correctly and timely revenue invoicing to our customers, to deliver best in class billing efficiency by ensuring accurate and timely billing in order to ensure timely payments and to prevent invoicing enquiries, monitor and analyse billing process and activities in order to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification: bachelor degree with 7 years of billing experience with min. 3 years experience in managerial level, Excellence verbal and written English skills, well experience in managing team, extensive knowledge of transport industry (local and international), Project Management skills, Financial skills and Knowledge of local fiscal requirements.
