Billing Manager (Jakarta)

Finance & Accounting Department

Report directly to Financial Controller. This position is responsible to manage Billing team in order to ensure clean invoices production correctly and timely revenue invoicing to our customers, to deliver best in class billing efficiency by ensuring accurate and timely billing in order to ensure timely payments and to prevent invoicing enquiries, monitor and analyse billing process and activities in order to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification: bachelor degree with 7 years of billing experience with min. 3 years experience in managerial level, Excellence verbal and written English skills, well experience in managing team, extensive knowledge of transport industry (local and international), Project Management skills, Financial skills and Knowledge of local fiscal requirements.
