OPERATIONAL FACTORY MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Man / Woman
* Minimum S1 degree from reputable universities
* = 3 years experience in Food Industry scope
* Have good knowing about factory management system, Improvement management, and cost reduction
* Able to make management and cash flow development
* Have good leadership skills, couching, and counseling
* Able to work effectively, both independently and in a team
* Have a good effective communication, negotiation, and controlling
* Fluent in English both oral written are an advantage
* Able to work under pressure and under target
* Highly responsible, reliable, honest and punctual
* Be able to use initiative and make appropriate decisions
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
