TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create marketing plan for short and long term
2. Prepare budget/annual target
3. Build a good team with positive environment work
4. Organize customers RFQs for tender, project or direct purchase. Browsing and searching for the right source and prepare Quotation for the main products or as an alternative.
5. Control purchasing process.
6. Supervising Procurement Staff on costing and prepare quotation, maintain database and tracking order.
7. Monitoring shipment status for import and local delivery.
8. Meet with potential principal, customers and forwarder to build trust, make negotiation with them to get positive agreement such as contract, agencies and distributorship.
9. Reviewing principal performance, customer prospect, make achievement report and evaluation per semester.
10. Reduce cost and make efficiency to get additional profit.
11. Make monthly and annual report to Director
12. Lead Procurement Dept. Weekly Meeting
13. Prepare HOD minutes of meeting

Job Requirements :

* 5-10 years experiences as procurement
* Fluent is English
* Engineering background
