Business Development Officer

This position involves handling potential clients enquiries, monitor the performance of various sales channels and make adjustments to maximize the efficient use of sales resources.

Qualifications:

1.

Undergraduate (S1) degree, with minimum EPA of 3.0
2.

Fluent in both English and Indonesian. Additional language proficiency will be an added benefit.
3.

Proficient in computer systems and CRM tools such as Sales Force.
4.

Able to continuously analyze sales data and help determine allocation of resources.
5.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Qualification :

* A good university degree in either real estate and/or business related subjects
* Strong report writing skills & research ability are essential
* Skillful in real estate market research
* At least two years of relevant working experience such as property market research, consultancy and/or valuation
* Strong command of English and a second language such as Chinese, Indonesian. Candidates who can translate official documents between English and the 2nd language will have an advantage.
* Proficient in financial modeling and statistics
* Must be highly motivated, systematic and organized
* Possess creative problem solving skills
* Proficient in MS Office applications
* Fresh graduate with excellent academic results will be considered for this position

BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities :

1. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
2. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed (Functional requirements, Business Requirements Document etc)
4. Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
5. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
6. Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of centre managers
7. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
8. Develop requirements specifications according to standard template, using natural language
9. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
10. Be the liason between the business units, technology teams and support teams

Job Requirements:

* Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
* Bachelor s degree in Accounting
* At least 3 years experience Project Property Business in similar position
* Graduate from reputable university, overseas graduate will be advantage
* Proficient in oral and written English and computer literate
* Familiar with reporting process.
* Exhibit willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and able to work in a team.
* Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace.
