We are a coal mining company managing mine operations a world class coal terminal in South Kalimantan. To support its business growth, the company is searching for a high potential candidate for the following position :

SHIPPING ADMIN COORDINATOR (Code: SAC)

Based in Jakarta. This is a staff position reporting to Superintendent Sales Administration. He/she is responsible for communicating and transacting with Coal Terminal Dept. and other related departments to ensure the smooth loading vessel and all documentation produced strictly in accordance with contractual requirement.

Specific Requirements:

*
Bachelor degree in related disciplines from reputable university with minimal 5 years of experience in shipping / administration work.
*
Possess a high level of business writing skills and public relations knowledge (in English and Indonesian).
*
Possess good knowledge in basic contract management.
*
Possess good knowledge in safety.
*
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).

General Requirements:

*
Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
*
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
*
Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
*
Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
