Requirements :

* Secondary education and a Diploma in Electrical/Airconditioning/Mechanical Fitting.
* At least 1 years of working experience in Maintenance Technician in Building M&E services.
* Must possess a warm and pleasant personality and is able to work well in a team environment.
* Must be able to read and interpret diagrams/drawings and be computer literate.
* Must possess some Fire, Life, Health and Safety certificates.
* Must possess a good knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) and associated equipment.
* Must possess certificate of fitness on Fire standpipe, sprinkler systems, FSD (Fire Safety Director) and Fire Alarm interior system.
* Must possess a good knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft DOS, Office, Windows, Outlook, Access etc.
* Good written and verbal skills in English and Indonesian.
