URGENTLY NEEDED

PT. CONCEPT MEDIA (www.conceptmagz.com), the publisher of CONCEPT, a high profile graphic design magazine, invites a dedicated and suitably qualified candidate to join the company as :
SECRETARY

Job descriptions :

* Create and maintain database system.
* Do administrative stuff and filing.
* Prepare and distribute minutes and agenda for meetings.
* Manage correspondence (email and letter).
* Gather information when needed for the editorial team.
* Translate documents for the editorial.
* Responsible for ordering, tracking, and stocking general office supplies.
* Perform general secretarial Duties such as word processing, managing simple spreadsheets, and other basic PC activities.
* Answer incoming phone calls.
* Able to work overtime when needed.
* Perform other tasks as related to editorial team.

General requirements :

* Experience in secretarial min. 1-2 years.
* Female only, age between 22-28 years old.
* Fluency in English is a must (both oral and written).
* Quick, nice personality, well-mannered.
