* Proficient with Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet
* Capable to manage in/outgoing letters, files, filing documents, Manage Schedule for Director, and able to perform multi tasking skills
* Good appearance
* Mature, highly motivated, able to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent writing skill, both in Indonesia and English
* Fluently speaking in English and Mandarin will be prefer
