Requirements:

* Based in Surabaya Office.
* Female with the age max.28 years old.
* S1 degree of Accounting from reputable University, GPA > 3,0.
* Has minimum experience of 1 years in the similar position is an advantage.
* High integrity, willing to work in challenging targets and deadlines. Knowledge about export is an additional.
* Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, have enthusiasm to learn business process.
* Conversant with English (Oral / written) is a must.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

Melakukan proses audit pada unit kerja cabang yang ada diwilayah kerja Kantor Cabang Induk, baik untuk operasi maupun pembiayaan berdasarkan sampling audit yang telah ditetapkan.

Kualifikasi :

RESEARCH MANAGER

Job Description:

Excellent role for a seasoned researcher (industry/commercial/market) with 10 or more years of experience. If your past experience includes designing research projects, overseeing research execution and delivery, as well as managing vendors and interviewers, you will probably enjoy this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of research project execution, from project design to report writing.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate research initiatives and resources
* Manage complex research projects, including definition of objectives, writing proposals, vendor/contractor evaluation, selection and management, determination of methodology, sample design, questionnaire development, monitoring of data collection, development of analytical models, perform data cleaning, validation and analysis, and presentation of findings and recommendations
* Enlist and direct external full-service market research companies on fieldwork and data collection
* Manage and prioritize multiple projects, including syndicated market studies and custom research engagements, ensuring on-time delivery of top quality research and analyses
* Act as an internal research coordinator and Interact with analysts at different levels in an empathetic manner with single minded focus on timely and successful completion of projects.
* Occasionally perform interviews with industry- and market participants, analyze market conditions and business growth opportunities, and develop market assessments.

Experience and Skills Required

* Masters degree or equivalent in business administration, research, business, economics or related field.
* 10 years in industry/commercial/market/competitor research and analysis or related experience.
* Must have Superior analytical abilities as well as knowledge and experience with research methods such as primary and secondary data collection, quantitative and forecast model building, qualitative analysis and research report writing.
* Superior project management skills including being successful at managing multiple projects, monitoring goals, assessing progress, and anticipating and overcoming challenges; supporting growth in team members
* Ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines and following corporate procedures; commitment to quality work and strong attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as written and verbal fluency in English.
