PROJECT CONTROLLER (PC)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare project cost estimates and other costs of resources through discussions with the functional leaders in a timely manner with efficient cost structure.
* Prepare the Budget with the approval of functional leadership.
* Project Planner Assist in entering the estimated cost of the project plan as necessary.
* Record the previous fee as consideration of the direct cost of routine, for example: time card system, direct project costs, such as consulting, software, travel, food, etc. in accordance with procedures.
* Dealing with Accounts Department to fill the company’s overhead (indirect costs) in accordance with corporate overhead cost allocation systems / procedures.
* Produce weekly and monthly cost reports in accordance with the format applicable to every project.
* Revise project cost estimate at the end of each reporting period to generate Forecast At Completion.
* Perform analysis of project costs and confirmed to superiors on the cost over-runs at the right time, so that corrective action can be taken.
* At project completion, record the cost of the project database using a standard cost structure and use this database to estimate the cost of future project costs.
* Maintain filing for softcopy and hardcopy report project costs and other costs related documents.
* Assist in preparing cost estimates, and check and revise procedures accordingly.

General Requirements/Qualifications :

* S1 Engineering background / other S1 background with relevant work experience
* Having experience in handling a project
* Professional knowledge of the business and solid network
* Strong background related to our range of business
* Well experience with Projects and management tools for projects
* Maintain and develop the visibility of the Company in the market
* Solid computer skill
* Fluent in English
